Quality Assurance (QA) is different from Quality Control (QC)

Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) are different concepts. Basically QA is preventive process and QC is corrective process. And most of Medical transcription organizations are confused while implementing the both.

To understand more correctly Quality Assurance makes sure you are doing the right things, the right way. Where as Quality Control makes sure the results of what you've done are what you expected

According to the online survey conducted by us 96% of the MT companies are focused on QA and just 4% of MT companies voted in favor of QC as an important process.

That’s why whenever there are quality issues MT companies are not able to correct or resolve them, as they are least bothered about QC resulting in loss of clients.

At MT4MD we have well defined process for both QA and QC. To test us kindly enroll for completely risk free trial.
